Who I am

Homeledger is provided by t.curry through FEEDURHEAD.ORG. I am a person who needed help dealing with insurance companies, not an insurance agent. Homeledger is a personal inventory, recordkeeping and planning tool, not insurance representation or a claims-adjusting service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate descriptions, ownership records, claim information and compliance with applicable law. Do not submit fraudulent claims or documents, impersonate another person or access records without authorization. Safeguard your account and keep separate copies of important documents.

Estimates and documents

AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong. They are estimates, not certified appraisals, legal advice, professional insurance advice, coverage decisions or guaranteed settlements. Confirm values, policy terms and claim requirements with your insurer or a qualified professional. Review and correct draft affidavits; sign only statements you know to be true. Your insurer or jurisdiction may require different forms.

Local records and online processing

Consumer records are saved on your device and do not automatically sync. Selected content is sent online when you use AI features. Clearing site data or losing a device can remove records; signing out does not erase them. Older Cloud records are not automatically moved or deleted. See Privacy for details.

Paid services

Homeledger is a paid service, although this app currently has no checkout or subscription. Price, what a purchase includes, any recurring charges and cancellation terms must be disclosed before payment. A paid-service refund window and eligibility policy have not yet been established. See Refunds for the request process. Existing purchase terms and applicable consumer law still apply.

Availability and your rights

Uninterrupted access, data recovery and a particular insurance outcome are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Contact t.curry at the email or mailing address below with terms or purchase questions.
